AVP can produce accurate, comprehensive and emotional "Day in the Life" videos for use in mediation or as part of a settlement brochure. The objective of the video is to provide incentive to the defense counsel to encourage the company to settle and to provide the adjustor with enough information to justify the settlement you are seeking. This is your opportunity to show the adjustor how your lay witnesses will appear on the stand and how convincing they will be to a jury. These compelling videos portray the physical and emotional effects of litigated injuries on individuals, family members and friends. Use the power of video to convey the life altering effects of accidents on an individual's life and on his/her loved ones. A "Day in the Life" video can show the suffering and life altering effects that accidents cause in real life situations that everyone can understand and identify with.

Some of the attributes that these videos can show include:

1. Life prior to the injury using photos, home videos/movies and interviews

2. Physical disfigurements including X-rays, MRI's, animations and illustrations

3. Emotional trauma caused by injuries

4. Disability effects on the persons daily life structure

5. Disability effects on interactions with family members and friends

6. Testimonials from the injured party

7. Testimonials from family members and friends

8. Discussions with doctors, medical caregivers and physical therapists

"Day in the Life Videos" can also portray the suffering and sense of loss that families and friends feel after the untimely and the wrongful death of a loved one using many of the same elements mentioned above.

AVP can recreate an accident scene using video, still photos and/or animation techniques.  We will work with the technical and/or expert witnesses to clearly and accurately show what happened as well as how and why it happened.  In vehicle accident recreations, we can show the perspective of both parties using cameras outside the vehicles to show overall perspectives and small lipstick cameras mounted on the drivers to show their precise perspective of the accident. We can also create computer animations that will blend with the video to show the actual accident taking place from the perspective of the drivers as well as outside the vehicle overall perspectives.
